Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey, the stars of the upcoming film Liger, appeared on season seven of Karan Johar‘s popular show Koffee With Karan. The eagerly anticipated fourth episode revealed a lot about their personal lives.

After Karan Johar’s episode with Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, which put their relationship in the spotlight, the actor did, in fact, spill the beans about his rumoured relationship with Rashmika Mandanna as well as his relationship status.

“We have done two films together and she is a darling. I’m very fond of her. She is a very good friend of mine and we share so much through films like lots of highs and lots of lows. A bond gets created. In films, you are put into close proximity very quickly and so bond develops quicker,” said Vijay Deverakonda of his bond with Arjun Reddy co-star Rashmika Mandana.

Unwilling to confirm his relationship, he revealed-  “Until the day I marry and have children, I will say it aloud, because I do not want to hurt anyone who adores me. There are so many people who adore you as an actor and have your poster on their walls and phones. “They give me so much love and appreciation; I don’t want to break their hearts.”

Further in the episode, Karan asked the Arjun Reddy actor when he last had sex, to which he replied, “Abort,” when they were discussing their love interests and the challenges of fame. Ananya then continued, “Can I guess?” This morning?”

Karan unleashed his grammar nazi on Ananya, telling her, “First, it’s this morning,” and Vijay couldn’t stop laughing at his  remark.

Vijay and Ananya released the trailer for their magnum opus film Liger a few days ago and went on to different locations for trailer launch events. Karan Johar’s production company is behind the film.
