Hollywood actor Johnny Depp‘s smile dazzled yet again in court during his defamation trial against former wife Amber Heard on Tuesday.

Depp, who had his head down as he took notes during the trial, broke out in slight laughter when Heard‘s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, mimicked his voice.

According to The Independent, Bredehoft was questioning her client about a tape that included Depp’s voice. As she imitated the sound on the tape and said “She played a tape where Johnny said ‘you will not see my eyes again’ do you recall that?”, the 58-year-old smirked. Since then, the footage of the incident has gone viral on the internet.

Reacting to the video, one Twitter user wrote, “I don’t think doing a “funny voice” while quoting a witness, much less the plaintiff, is seen as appropriate, respectful or professional in a court of law.”

“Tomorrow she will turn up as Jack Sparrow smoking a joint out the front..on the court breaks,” one user quipped.

Another user said, “This proves that Elaine is actually a Johnny Depp fan. She couldn’t do such a good impression otherwise.”

The trial on Tuesday marks the fifth week of the defamation lawsuit. While Depp’s court look on Tuesday consisted of a pant-suit and a pair of sunglasses, Heard was seen sporting a button-up shirt and blazer with her hair swept back in a messy bun.

The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star is suing Heard for defaming him in an op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018. Heard, who did not drop Depp’s name, described herself as a victim of domestic abuse. Depp sued her for $50 million for insinuating that he was the abuser and accused the ‘Aquaman’ star of bringing his acting career to a “catastrophic” dead end.
