Actress Julia Ormond has sued disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual battery, stemming from allegations that the Hollywood mogul assaulted her at a business dinner in 1995.

In the lawsuit, which was filed on Wednesday and obtained by Page Six, the star alleged that Weinstein told her during that dinner that he would discuss a project “back at the apartment Miramax had provided for Ormond as part of their first-look deal with her.” After Weinstein came back to Ormond’s apartment, he allegedly “stripped naked and forced her to perform oral sex on him.”

Although Ormond says that she informed her agents Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd about what had occurred, they allegedly advised her against speaking out. They also failed to protect her afterward.

She is also suing Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. Ormond is also suing Miramax and the Walt Disney Company for negligent supervision and retention.

Julia Ormond was married twice in her life, both of which ended in divorce. Her ex-husbands were Jon Rubin and Rory Edwards.

In 1988, Ormond married Rory Edwards, who is an actor. She met him while performing in a production of Wuthering Heights. The marriage ended in 1994.
