“Caitlyn’s story is an inspiration to us all. She is a trailblazer in the LGBTQ+ community and her illustrious career spans a variety of fields that will be a tremendous asset for our audience,” CEO Suzanne Scott said in a statement.

Jenner will be making an appearance on Thursday’s edition of “Hannity.”

“I am humbled by this unique opportunity to speak directly to FOX News Media’s millions of viewers about a range of issues that are important to the American people,” Jenner said.

Who is Caitlyn Jenner?

Born William Bruce Jenner on October 28, 1949, in Mount Kisco, New York, Caitlyn attended Newtown High School in Connecticut before graduating in 1968.

Jenner then went on to study at Graceland College where a coach noticed her athletic potential. She won the gold medal in the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics, becoming the poster child for American athletics.

In 1972, Jenner married his college sweetheart, Chrystie Crownover. Their marriage lasted nine years. They have two children together, Burt and Casey.

After divorce, Jenner married Linda Thompson and they have two children together, Brandon and Brody. The two got separated in 1986.

Jenner met Kris Kardashian in the early 1990s and the two tied the knot in 1991. The couple has two children – Kendall and Kylie.

The two announced their separation in October of 2013 and Kris filed for divorce in September 2014.

Soon, rumors that Jenner “wanted to be a woman” started doing the rounds and on June 1, 2015, Vanity Fair revealed Caitlyn Jenner.

“Bruce always had to tell a lie, he was always living a lie, every day he had a secret from morning until night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets. As soon as the Vanity Fair cover comes out, I’m free,” Jenner explained in a behind-the-scenes video of the photoshoot.

In 2021, Jenner had an unsuccessful run for California governor — coming in 13th place among candidates.
