Los Angeles rapper and actor Kaalan Walker was sentenced to 50 years of life in prison on Monday after he was convicted at trial of numerous rapes. 

Actress Halle Berry and rapper Kaalan Walker reportedly dated for some time before he was suspected of committing multiple sexual assaults in Los Angeles, as per KTLA 5. Walker and Berry starred together in the 2017 movie Kings. 

Robert Littal, the founder of BlackSportsOnline tweeted on October 26, 2018, “How Actor Kaalan Walker Is Being Accused Of Committing Multiple Rapes While He Was Dating Halle Berry (Video) http://bit.ly/2PRUzSx.” 

Walker also posted several snaps alongside the Oscar-winning actress, as per BlackSportsOnline.

Who is Halle Berry? 

Halle Maria Berry is an American actress. She was born on August 14, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio to Judith Ann and Jerome Jesse Berry, an African-American man. She has an elder sister, Heidi Berry-Henderson. Berry’s parents got divorced when she was four, and she and her older sister were raised by their mother. 

Berry grew up in Oakwood Ohio and graduated from Bedford High School. She then attended Cuyahoga Community College. In 1985 she won Miss Teen All-American and in 1986 Miss Ohio USA. Beery was the first African-American Miss World entrant in 1986, where she ranked sixth.

Berry made her film debut with a small role in Spike Lee’s Jungle Fever in 1991. Her breakthrough film role was in the romantic comedy Boomerang in 1992. She starred alongside Eddie Murphy. She then starred in The Flintstones in 1994 and Bulworth in 1998. 

She also featured in the television film Introducing Dorothy Dandridge in 1999. Berry won a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award for her role in the television movie. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as a struggling widow in the romantic drama Monster’s Ball (2001), becoming the only African-American woman to have won the award. 

She also starred in the X-Men film series (2000-2004). She also starred in Die Another Day (2002), Catwoman (2004), Perfect Stranger (2007), Cloud Atlas (2012), and The Call (2013). 

Berry launched her production company, 606 Films. She made her directorial debut with the Netflix drama Bruised in 2020.

Berry was formerly married to baseball player David Justice, singer-songwriter Eric Benet, and actor Oliver Martinez. She has two children, one with Martinez and another with model Gabriel Aubry.
