During the latest episode of her Whine Down podcast, Jana Kramer revealed that she is engaged to her boyfriend Allan Russell.
In the same podcast, Kramer also revealed that her ex-husband Mike Caussin is supportive of their union. The 39-year-old actress explained that her 7-year-old daughter Jolie broke the news to Caussin, who is her father during a FaceTime call. “She’s like, ‘Guess what, Daddy? Mommy’s engaged!’” she said.
“And he’s like, ‘Aw, that’s nice.’ I would have liked to have told him, but I also don’t want Jolie to have to keep secrets from her dad,” Kramer said.
Who is Mike Caussin?
Michael Caussin is a former American football tight end. In 2010, he was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent. He also played for the Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Washington Redskins.

Jana Kramer and Mike Caussin’s children
Kramer and Caussin share two kids together, Jolie and their son, Jace 4.
Mike and Jana Kramer tied the knot in 2015. The couple split after news broke claiming that Caussin cheated on Kramer with several women. He was also seeking treatment for sex addiction.
In 2020, the pair also coauthored a book “The Good Fight: Wanting to Leave, Choosing to Stay, and the Powerful Practice for Loving Faithfully” talking about their romance. In 2021, Kramer filed for divorce and finally split up after a tumbling relationship.

In the podcast, Kramer also revealed how Mike Causine reacted to the news of her being engaged to Allan Russell. He said, “Actually, I started to cry because he goes, ‘Of all people, you deserve to have someone that loves you and respects you and you deserve this.’ He’s like, ‘After everything I put you through, you deserve this more than anyone.’ It meant so much to me that he said that”.
