American composer, songwriter, and performer, Burt Bacharach, has died at the age on 94 at his home in Los Angeles, US. Tributes are being poured in for his wife, Jane Hansen, and children. Hansen was Bacharach’s fourth wife after Paula Stewart, Angie Dickinson, and Carole Bayer Sager.

Bacharach is known for his record-breaking songs, The Story of My Life, I Say a Little Prayer, Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, and many more. He had 73 Top 40 hits in the US and 52 in the UK. Bacharach’s colorful love life has equally been in the news along with his brilliant songwriting career.

Who is Jane Hansen?

Jane Hansen is Burt Bacharach’s fourth wife. They tied the knot in 1993 after Bacharach broke up with his third wife, Carole Bayer Sager in 1991. Hansen is a known name among the celebrity wives and families of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles crowd of California.

Hansen and Bacharach have two children together, a son Oliver and a daughter Raleigh. Bacharach has two other children from previous marriages. However, his first child, Nikki Bacharach, took her own life in 2007.

Unlike his previous wives and relationships, Hansen chose to stay away from the limelight. She has kept her marriage with Bacharach a private affair, saving it from the discourses and speculations of the general public. She was reportedly spotted with her husband during the 2006 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy awards party.

The Grammy Award-winning songwriter and wife, Hansen were reportedly living together in their Los Angeles house, where Bacharach has taken his last breaths earlier today.
