internet has obsessed over doppelgangers of many Bollywood celebrities.
Recently, Anil Kapoor has been added to the list. John Effer’s uncanny resemblance with the popular Bollywood actor is making social media users go on an overdrive.

John Effer posted a picture of himself next to Anil Kapoor on his Instagram handle profile with that caption – “I m waiting on that Bollywood call TBH..Where is it at!!?? @anilskapoor Kids a great actor – my dad says so.”
Who is John Effer?
John Effer is a bodybuilder and fitness coach from the United States of America. On his Instagram bio, he describes himself as “Bodybuilder/Diet Coach”. He is very active on his Instagram. Having more than 90.6k followers, he mostly posts pictures of him working out at a gymnasium or flaunting his body.
Not much is known about the American
bodybuilder but as soon as he posted his picture beside an image of Anil Kapoor
on Instagram, the users started going nuts on the similarities between the
bodybuilder and the Bollywood actor.
One user commented “Johnil kapoor” while another wrote, “You
gotta be a player and learn to say 1 2 ka 4, 4 2 ka 1. #jhakaas”. The users
feel that Effer will be summoned to Bollywood in no time.

Anil Kapoor’s latest film JugJugg Jeeyo,
released in June 2022, was a commercial success being one of the
highest-grossing films of 2022. Directed by Raj Mehta, he was cast opposite
Neetu Singh along with Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani.
Kapoor’s upcoming film “Fighter” is going
to release in 2023 where he will star alongside Deepika Padukone and Hrithik
Roshan.
