Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines on Monday announced that she is engaged to Jae Woodroffe.
“YES. #engaged @jaewoodroffe @itsjlahhere,” she wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of herself wearing a diamond ring.
Woodroffe also shared one of the snaps on his Instagram feed, writing, “When you know, you know.”
The announcement comes months after Itsines announced that she and Woodroffe were dating by sharing a photo of herself resting her head on his shoulder.
“Meet Jae, everyone! My best friend for years and now, partner. For all those people replying to my stories saying “you look really happy” … thank you!! I am @jaewoodroffe,” she captioned the photo.

Who is Kayla Itsines?
The 31-year-old is an Australian personal trainer with Greek heritage. She has authored a series of fitness ebooks titled Bikini Body Guides. Itsines is also the creator of a meal-planning and workout app, Sweat with Kayla, which generated more revenue than any other fitness app in the year 2016. She has over 14 million followers on Instagram.

She was previously engaged to Tobi Pearce. The former couple welcomes their first child together via Caesarean section in April 2019. They parted ways in August 2020.
