Popstar Miley Cyrus, who
recently made headlines after posing pantless on her father’s truck for the
clothing brand she owns, is an acclaimed singer often loved by fans for her
raspy energetic voice. She is also a songwriter and actor.

Many
of us, especially the 90s kids, may remember her as teenage pop star Hannah
Montana, a character she played in a Disney comedy-drama of the same name.
Hannah was a US-based high school girl who lives a double life as a famous pop
singer and an average schoolgirl Miley Stewart.

She
revealed that she took up the venture as the character resonates with her real
struggles and experiences as a young popular personality.

Cyrus,
whose father Billy Ray Cyrus is also a musician, emerged as a teen pop idol. As
Hannah Montana, got two number-one and three top-five soundtracks on the
US Billboard 200, including the US Billboard Hot
100 top-ten single “He Could Be the One”.  

The
singer’s own discography includes the US number-one albums ‘Meet Miley Cyrus’
(2007), ‘Breakout’ (2008), and Bangerz (2013);
the top-five releases Can’t Be Tamed (2010), Younger
Now (2017), Plastic Hearts (2020) and the free album Miley
Cyrus & Her Dead Petz (2015).

Cyrus’s
lustrous music career includes entries in Time 100 list in 2008
and 2014, MTV’s Best Artist of 2013 Award. She was also placed on
Billboard’s Greatest of All Time Artists Chart in 2019

The
28-year-old has also acted in several projects. This includes various special
appearances and television series. She appeared in Bolt in 2008, an animated movie, acted in feature films ‘Hannah Montana: The Movie’ (2009)  and ‘The Last Song’ (2010).

Her television appearances include the reality TV show The Voice,  Netflix series Black Mirror (2019), and Hannah Montana of course.

Apart from being a celebrated artist, Cyrus is an advocate for animal rights and adopted a vegan lifestyle in 2014. She founded the non-profit Happy Hippie Foundation in 2014, which focuses on youth homelessness and the LGBT community.

Miley is allegedly dating British musician YungBlud. The rumours started doing rounds when both according to some media reports were spotted partying together in Los Angeles in March.

She created a hit of buzz on social media after she posed pantless to advertise her new “Miley made me gay” line of merchandise, Miley struck some sexy poses on the truck. The singer-songwriter wore a pink sleeveless tee saying, “Miley Cyrus made me realize I am gay”, with doodles in the center and phrases on various parts of the garment, including one that reads, “I ❤️ D**k.”
