Ned Fulmer, the controversial Try Guys cast member has been fired by the entertainment company. His firing comes in the wake of allegations that he had been cheating on his wife with one of team’s associate producers, Alexandria Herring

His departure from the Try Guys was announced last week but it was only recently that the remaining cast members released a video detailing the circumstances that led to his firing. In a video titled, what happened, released on Monday, the remaining cast members  Eugene Lee Yang, Zach Kornfeld, and Keith Habersberger elaborated on what they said was a “nonconsensual workplace relationship.” 

Additionally, the rest of the cast members said that they had known about the affair as far back as September 5, four weeks before it was officially announced that Fulmer had been let go.

Who is Ned Fulmer?

Ned Fulmer was born on June 5 1987 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was recently let go from The Try Guys for cheating on his wife of 10 years, Ariel Fulmer.

Fulmer, along with the rest of the cast originally worked for BuzzFeed as producers in 2014. The four of them banded together to work as content creators while still under the BuzzFeed banner, naming their group the Try Guys. The premise of their channel has been to ‘try’ out different things, from trying to put together a wig without instructions to wearing women’s underwear. 

The disgraced former Try Guys cast member is a graduate of Yale University and majored in chemistry. Prior to working with BuzzFeed he worked at a chemistry lab. Fulmer used to live in Chicago working at a renewable energy lab by day and performing in various comedy sketches and improv shows by night. 

He has been married to Ariel for the last 10 years and the couple have two children together, Wesley Fulmer and Finley Fulmer. The two are still together despite Ned’s infidelity.
