Nikki Margera, also known as Nicola Boyd, is considering filing for a restraining order against her husband Bam Margera, TMZ reported citing sources familiar with the matter. The American skateboarder was arrested for public intoxication recently.
As per TMZ, Nikki hopes that a restraining order against the former ‘Jackass’ star will help her protect their five-year-old son Phoenix.

Margera was arrested after allegedly creating a scene at a Los Angeles restaurant while intoxicated. TMZ first broke the story. The report said that Burbank police were called to a Thai restaurant on Wednesday where Nikki and Phoenix were eating. Bam Margera had a dispute with a woman. It is unclear if she was his estranged wife.
An alleged video of the incident circulated on social media. The footage showed Margera leaving the restaurant with officers surrounding him.
Nikki told TMZ that the incident “was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix.” She further called it a shame because “the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well.”

“This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back,” Nikki added.
