Randy Fenoli, 58, the Say Yes to the Dress star got engaged to Mete Kobal, whom he has been dating for nearly a year, on Saturday at the Marmara Park Avenue hotel in New York City.

“I’m so in love,” Fenoli told People magazine. “Every day I’m giddy. And every day just gets more amazing. It really does. It’s easy. It’s nothing what I thought a relationship was and nothing like I’ve ever had in the past. It’s unbelievable.”

I’ve been doing this bridal for 30 years, and I honestly just never thought it was going to happen for me,” he said. “And I was OK with that. I was like, ‘Honestly I have my career, I have my home, I have my dog, I have my mom,’ and I’m like, ‘I’m just going to be single the rest of my life.’ And then I met Mete.”

Fenoli’s mother is World War II veteran Janette Fenoli.
