According to a DailyMail report, Rochelle allegedly targeted Martinez with ‘cruel and sadistic’ attacks including spanking Martinez, groping her breasts, and burning her with cigarettes.

Irving Azoff is also named in the lawsuit. He is accused of having prior knowledge that Rochelle has sexually assaulted, abused, and harassed several victims in the past.

She first started her reign of terror in April 2022, nearly four months after hiring Martinez as the live-in housekeeper for the LA-power couple. According to the lawsuit, Rochelle regularly summoned the housekeeper and stripped naked for no apparent reason other than to ask to complement her body.
