The ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’ fame Deepesh Bhan passed away on Saturday morning. He was taken to the hospital after he collapsed on the ground while playing cricket. The 41-year-old actor was pronounced dead after an examination by doctors. The reason for his shocking demise has not yet been made clear by doctors or his relatives.

Deepesh Bhan played Malkhan in the popular Hindi sitcom ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’. His character in the popular comedy serial is a young, unemployed man from the streets of Kanpur who often fails to establish any friendship with girls due to his silly and blatant behavior. Deepesh Bhan also worked in shows like ‘May I Come in Madam’, ‘FIR’, and ‘Hitler Didi’. He was seen in the Bollywood film ‘Faltu Utpatang Chutpati Kahani’ and did a cameo character in ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’.

Deepesh Bhan was born in New Delhi and went to Delhi University for his bachelor’s degree. He went to Mumbai to follow his acting dream where he did shows like ‘Comedy Club with Champ’ and ‘Comedy Ka King Kaun’. His breakthrough came when he got a role of a Hawaldar in Sab TV’s popular jail-comedy-drama FIR. Deepesh Bhan was nominated for the ITA awards 2020 for ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’.

Deepesh was also a fitness enthusiast, his Instagram posts are full of videos and photos of his gym hours. Deepesh is survived by a wife and a one-year-old child. Several TV actors mourned his sudden demise through their social media posts. ‘’In shock, gutted, pained with the news of Deepesh Bhan passing away at the age of 41. He was a fit guy who never drank/smoked or did anything to harm his health,’’ Kavita Kaushik wrote on her Instagram post.

Deepesh’s co-star Charul Malik posted her photo with the late actor and wrote on her Instagram post ‘’RIP YAARA It’s hard to accept you are gone. You will be missed.’’ Talking to a private news organization Charul said, ‘’I was devastated when I got to know about his death in the morning. I met him only yesterday and we shot a few reels together. He used to guide me and help me with my scenes. I am going to his home but I don’t know how will I face his family.’’
