The location of BTS’ live performance, which would be scheduled to be held in Busan the following month to support South Korea’s quest for the World Expo 2030, has changed.  The event- BTS Yet To Come in BUSAN, – was originally scheduled for October 15 at the Busan Ilgwang Special Stage in Gijang-gun but has been moved to Asiad Main Stadium.

Numerous objections to staging the massive event in Busan led to the decision to move the location. The concert is anticipated to draw 1,10,000 spectators, making it the largest single event to be held in the city. One hundred thousand people were expected to attend the concert in Gijang-gun, and the remaining ten thousand may watch a live broadcast of it at the Busan Port International parking lot.

“We have decided to change the concert venue from a special stage near Ilgwang Beach to the Busan Asian Main Stadium to maximize attendees’ safety and comfort and ensure a smooth concert,” the agency said in a statement on September 2. “Our top priority is to preserve the main purpose of the concert and for the audience to have a smooth, enjoyable, and accessible viewing experience,” the agency added.

According to a statement from BTS’ record firm BigHit Music, the show has no entry fee but a token amount for registration will be charged.

Additionally, HYBE will set up a variety of unique packages, such as hotel reservations, where fans may take part in a BTS-themed week around the time of the event, which will drape the city in purple hues.

The Paradise Hotel Busan, Grand Josun Busan, Park Hyatt Busan, Lotte Hotel Busan, and Fairfield by Marriott Busan Songdo Beach will be offering special hotel packages to fans.

Even if the concert’s location has changed, the official statement has reaffirmed that all other arrangements, including the live broadcasting of the event throughout the world and a special live performance of it, would proceed as planned.
