Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott want to legally change their son’s name from Wolf Jacques Webster to Aire Webster, TMZ reported, citing new legal documents. The two have signed a petition.
Jenner and Scott announced in March 2022 that they were scrapping their son’s original name, Wolf. They felt that it did not suit him. He was born on February 2, 2022. The parents believe Aire is a better fit.
The baby was officially known as Wolf Jacques Webster and is now known as Aire Webster. The couple decided to change their son’s name soon after he was born because he didn’t feel like a “Wolf” to her.
Kylie revealed the name ‘Aire’ in January this year. The name is of Hebrew origin and it reportedly means “Lion of God.”
They have now finalized Aire, all the legal documents are in and the change is official. The couple also decided to drop Jacques as the child’s middle name giving him his own identity. Travis Scott’s real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II.
“Petitioners regret the initial name choice of Wolf Jacques Webster. Now that the Petitioners have had the chance to spend time with their baby, they believe the name Aire Webster is a better fit,” said the court documents, reported The Blast.
Kylie was quite secretive about her second pregnancy. Then she announced it on February 7 via Instagram and sharing her first boy has arrived five days before that.
The couple has since gone their separate ways but is focused on co-parenting their children Stormi and Aire. Kylie has been living it up post-breakup maintaining a mom and party life balance.
