Dr. Zachary Okhah an MD in cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery in Miami, Florida, has been thrust into the limelight after the untimely death of Jacklyn Smith, better known as Jacky Oh, a former member of the improv show Wild N’ Out.

She died Wednesday at the age of 32. While her cause of death has not been revealed, social media users are pointing out that her now-deleted post claimed she underwent a mommy makeover. A Twitter user @TheCosmeticLane mentioned that she might have suffered a heart attack during the procedure.

“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N’ Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time,” a statement about her death read.

@TheCosmeticLane also shared a photo of Okhah posing with Jacky Oh, with the caption, “Getting ready for my mommy makeover” on his Instagram account which has over 279,000 followers. However, the photo was deleted after Jacky Oh’s death, which raised a lot of red flags with social media users. Some people also called it a coverup and urged the police to investigate the surgeon.

“So it’s ALLEGED #JackyOh died in surgery with @therealdrzach in Miami….and he wipes her off of his socials and unfollows her? Not suspicious at ALL. Complications happen, but coverups are worse!” one twitter user wrote.

A mommy makeover can include Tummy Tuck, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Liposuction, and Vaginal Rejuvenation Surgery or any combination of these. Traditionally, the standard Mommy Makeover entails a Tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

One of the Twitter users also pointed out that Okhah had incurred a lot of negative reviews for his services and customers in the past were not left satisfied.

“I wish I would have seen this page before getting my procedure. I went to Dr. Zach in April 2022 for lipo 360. I went through New Life Plastic Surgery where they gave you the option to chose a doctor. I chose him because he was on their IG page promoting lipo 360 on smaller women and giving them an athletic look. Like one review previously posted, there was no post-op, which was promised. I only seen and talked him for a few minutes right before my appointment. Also, the building he was operating out of was sketchy. It was not what I expected to be a medical / plastic surgery facility. I can’t say there are no results, because I definitely have a smaller waist line and a flatter stomach, but it’s not smooth. There is a little fat and skin above my belly button. My recommendation is to find another doctor,” one of the reviews from March 21, read.

Another from February this year reads: “This was the biggest disappointment of my life. I waited about 2-3 years to get surgery with dr Zach expecting great results, I finally got to do surgery with him at glamorous facility. After surgery barely saw any results from 360 and I was already fairly small, not much fat was remove, seems my procedure was rushed. A month in i developed a lot of hardness and lumps, PAYING additional fees to get rid of, two months in I felt wasn’t much improvement , I reached out to the facility and didn’t get anyone, I reached out to dr Zach and no response, I reach back out to the facility and was informed dr zack left the facility and pretty much neglected all the patients he had just perform surgery on and those that were fairly recovering and had major concern like myself, no post op was given to me. “

Okhah has not been formally accused by the deceased’s family or any report filed against him.
