On the third death anniversary of Bollywood actor Sridevi, daughter Janhvi Kapoor shared a post on Instagram remembering the superstar on Wednesday. Sridevi died three years ago in a Dubai hotel allegedly by drowning in the bath tub while taking a bath. 

Janhvi shared a handwritten note in her post on Instagram, which read, “I love you my labbu. You are the best baby in the world,” with a caption, “Miss u.” Janhvi’s younger sister Khushi Kapoor also shared a throwback photo of her parents from a vacation, but didn’t write any caption alongside.

Janhvi Kapoor was supposed to make her debut when her mother passed away, leaving the family in a deep shock. The young actor said that her mother was heavily invested in her life and her career. Her sudden death left the family in a state of distress and they found it hard to cope.

Janhvi, Khushi and Boney Kapoor performed a puja for Sridevi on Tuesday after they were seen travelling to Chennai on Monday. The puja is annually held at Sridevi’s Mylapore house.

The handwritten note shared by Janhvi has garnered more than 150,000 likes. A lot of people have shared red heart emojis to express their love for the late actor.
