Sheer Khurma is one of the most important dishes of Eid-ul-Fitr. Sheer Khurma, which is a mixture of sewai, milk and dates is easy to make but is a time consuming dessert. The best part about Sheer Khurma is highly nutritious and can be served cold as well as hot depending on the preference of a person. Many people add dry fruits like cashew, almonds and walnut. Sheer means milk and Khurma means dates.

India’s love for biryani is inevitable, no matter what the occasion is this dish will always be the showstopper of the table. Well, we all know that Eid is incomplete without biryani.
