Ingredients

  1. 2 packs instant noodles
  2. Garlic
  3. Grated beans, capsicum, carrot, cabbage
  4. Spring onions
  5. Red chillies
  6. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  7. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  8. White vinegar

Method

  1. In a pan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Cook for two minutes in boiling water with two packs of instant noodles.
  3. Drain the Maggi noodles and place them in a dish with cold water.
  4. Toss the Maggi with 1 teaspoon oil.
  5. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Roast it with 1 tsp garlic. Then toss in the grated beans, capsicum, carrot, and cabbage.
  6. Add the instant noodles to the pan, followed by 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  8. Season with salt to taste. 2 minutes of stirring
  9. In a separate bowl, combine spring onions, red chillies, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame seeds, and heated oil. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to the noodles.
  10. Serve hot
