A man, dressed in a white T-shirt and Khaki
shorts, began to move across the road, towards a bar and fell on
a waiter before collapsing on the road. He didn’t stop there. He stood
up and resumed running. The reason for his flight from the ambulance is unknown
at this time.

According to local media, the individual was
intoxicated and required medical attention. Many people in the video’s comments
section believe he was trying to avoid paying for the ambulance ride, hospital
stay, or medical treatment he received. It also sparked a conversation about
healthcare costs in the United States.

The cost of a trip in an ambulance, even with
insurance, can be as high as $450. Many people have commented on how dystopian
the American healthcare system can be. A user wrote, ‘He didn’t want the $900
ambulance bill.’ Another person commented, ‘Americans when they realize they
got no health insurance.’
