Women or men, acne is a gender-neutral nightmare for everyone. All of us irrespective of our age, gender or lifestyle experience acne problems at least once in life, and especially during the pandemic phase, unhealthy eating habits, lifestyle, stress and hygiene tends to make us more vulnerable to acne and pimples. In fact, people who have recovered from COVID-19 also complain of acne.

Cosmetologist Dr Geetika Mittal Gupta, recently, took to Instagram to share an 'acne face map', which can help you understand what is causing the acne in your face as per the region you get the most acne on.
