The former England captain is known for his social media exploits. He was vocal on Twitter during the Test series between India and England earlier in the year, saying that the bowling pitches were not of great standards and that they assisted spinners a lot.
In May, Vaughan told Star Sports that he thought Virat Kohli was not the greatest cricketer, adding that one would get “an absolute pelting on social media” for saying that.
