Three girls were found lying unconscious in their own farm
in Asoha area of Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao on Thursday, of whom two passed away later,
while the third is in a critical state, news agency ANI reported. As per Police Superintendent Anand Kulkarni, prima facie
evidence suggests that they had gone to the area concerned to cut grass.

“Three girls found lying in the unconscious in their
field in Asoha police station limits. They were admitted to hospitals. Two have
died while one is undergoing treatment at the district hospital. Prima facie,
they went to fields to cut grass,” Kulkarni was quoted as saying, who
added that the families of the three started looking for them after they did not
return home.
