With COVID-19 numbers rising in the country and several
states imposing lockdown measures in recent weeks, authorities are not going easy on lockdown violators, which include not just the common man but a few Bollywood celebs too, allegedly.

Among the celebrities caught for alleged violation of lockdown are Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani, Naseeruddin Shah, and Kanika Kapoor.

1.     
Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani: Mumbai Police registered
an FIR against Bollywood actors Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani on Wednesday for
violating lockdown norms. The two, according to the police, were “roaming” around in Bandstand
Promenade in Mumbai post-noon and could not provide a valid reason for
their outing.

2.     
Naseeruddin Shah
: Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah had stepped out for a usual evening walk at Pali Hill near his home on Wednesday but was stopped by Mumbai Police and was advised to stay at home. The actor did follow the advice and headed back home.

3. Gauhar Khan: The actor got into trouble after
she was booked for shooting a film even after testing COVID-19 positive. Bombay
Municipal Corporation (BMC) filed an FIR against her on March 15.

“The rules apply to all alike and we
urge citizens to follow all guidelines and help the city beat the virus,”
BMC tweeted, alongside a copy of the FIR.

4. Sussanne Khan: Ex-wife of actor Hrithik Roshan and a designer by profession, Sussanne Khan was found at a nightclub along with a few of her friends in December, 2020. Mumbai Police had initiated
action against a total of 34 people, who they said we’re flouting social distancing and COVID-19 norms.

5. Kanika Kapoor: During the first wave of the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020, singer Kanika Kapoor was slapped with multiple FIRs by the Lucknow police for ‘negligence’, after she tested positive for coronavirus. The cops alleged that despite showing symptoms, she had attended multiple gatherings.
