2. Mangal Pandey- the film was released in 2005, where Khan plays the role of a freedom fighter Mangal Pandey, the story narrated from the time of crony British rule. In the movie, he fights for India’s independence and inspires people to go against the British masters. 

3. Lagaan- Aamir plays the role of a villager Bhuvan. In the movie, he accepts the challenge from Britishers to beat them in their own game of cricket to ease tax laws in his village. The best part is that he achieves the impossible with a riffraff team. 4. Rang De Basanti- in the movie, a foreign filmmaker comes to India and selects some young Indians to play important characters for his movie. During the shooting which was led by Khan as DJ starts to understand the true meaning of freedom. It gives them moral strength when they stand tall against big politicians.

5. PK- Aamir plays the role of an alien lost in India’s socio-religious maze. Khan explores paradoxes that come up everyday in the form of sycophantic devotees of godman, thieves and riffraffs in the society. He expresses in the movie that a man’s only religion should be humanity.

6. Dangal- a movie based on a male dominant society, where Khan plays the role of an ambitious father who wishes to be a world famous wrestler and play for India in Olympics. But, somehow he fails to fulfil his dreams and then lives it through his daughters who play and win medals in Olympics for the country and bring laurels to their family.
