“The Uttar Pradesh administration has ordered a probe into reports that the owner of a private hospital in Agra allegedly cut off oxygen supply to critical patients on April 26 and 27 as part of a ‘mock drill’ to determine which of them are critical and needed to be kept in the hospital. And a purported video allegedly of the owner of the hospital, Dr Arinjay Jain, talking about the incident was shared by Livehindustan. In the video, Dr Jain, who cannot be seen on camera, is allegedly heard saying that hospital administration had asked families to get patients discharged as there was an oxygen shortage that day.
