Several media websites on Tuesday crashed due to an internet outage for a short period, AFP reported. Reports suggest that a glitch in a private Content Delivery Network (CDN) caused the outage, reported ANI.
Here are some of the websites that were down after the internet outage on Tuesday: CNN, Le Monde, New York Times, The Guardian, Reddit, Quora and the British government website – gov.uk.
These websites displayed an error message saying, “Error 503 Service Unavailable”.
As per the Down Detector India, Shopify, Git Hub, Twitch, Stavkover, Amazon Web Services, and some other websites were also facing outages.
