Aryan Khan will not be released from the jail today. He will be released tomorrow morning: Arthur Road Jail officials told ANI. Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday. 

Juhi Chawla,
Bollywood actress and Shah Rukh Khan’s long-time friend, signed the Rs 1 lakh
bond for Aryan Khan before the special NDPS (Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances) after the Bombay High Court spelled out the terms of the
23-year-old’s release.

“I’m just happy that it’s all over and Aryan Khan will come home very soon. I think it’s a big relief for everybody,” Juhi Chawla said outside Sessions Court

Chawla, 53, has acted with Shah Rukh in a series of very
successful Hindi films in the 1990s and early 2000s. As Juhi Chawla signed the
surety, Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, “She (Juhi) knows him from
birth as they are professionally associated.”

“She (Juhi Chawla)
is the surety. Her name is on the passport, Aadhar card is there,” Maneshinde
said while appealing to the court to release Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun
Dhamecha although he was not appearing for them. “The same thing happened in the
Rhea Chakraborty case. One she was out, everyone got bail,” Hindustan Times
reported Maneshinde as saying.

The Bombay High
Court granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha on Thursday.
However, the order was issued on Friday and Aryan Khan and the others are
expected to walk out of jail only on Friday or Saturday depending on when the
paperwork goes through.

The high court has
laid down several guidelines for Aryan Khan’s release. The conditions for bail
include: a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh; one or more surety; Khan will not be
allowed to leave the country or even Mumbai without the permission of the investigating officer; he should not indulge in activities similar to what he is charged with; should not make any statement to media about the case; attend office of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) every Friday, according to Bar and Bench.
