In her journey that spanned over four months, Bigg Boss contestant Rubina
Dilaik, just like other participants in the reality show, went through several
hurdles, both physical and emotional in nature, in order to reach the juncture
she is at right now. The television actor, however, used all opportunities available
to her to come closer to the audience, to reveal her character in spite of having
prior knowledge that she’ll be inspected with sharpest of measures.
And it seemingly has worked, as Dilaik now finds herself at the finals,
alongside Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Vaidya.

The journey for her has been far from the smoothest. In her stint in
the show that stretched over 100 days, Dilaik was called upon by Big Boss for
bending the house rules according to her own terms, which got seemingly translated
as competing against Bigg Boss himself rather than other contestants.
Several other contestants, and at a point of time even host Salman Khan,
referred to Dilaik’s body language and gestures to be rather commanding. Eijaz
Khan and Rahul Vaidya noted that her behaviour was unnecessarily controlling of
others, while, Khan, appearing in an episode as a judge, said that her gestures
reflected that in her head, she is always correct.
Another twist in the narrative came through cracks appearing in the
relationship between Dilaik and her close friend Jasmin Bhasin. Despite both
being bonded close together closely, Salman Khan’s comment of Bhasin resembling
Dilaik’s puppet, and later on the Panchayat task bringing out differences did
not help her situation at all.

The biggest shocker for viewers, however, came when Dilaik opened up
about issues in the relationship between herself and her husband Abhinav Shukla,
exposing further that the two thought of solving the real-life clash throughout
the course of the show.
The issue, however, was seemingly settled, as Shukla proposed Dilaik
for remarriage, and the latter accepting.
Currently, the situation seems to be much calmer, with Shukla
supporting Dilaik before the finale from the outside. He was evicted a few
weeks back.
