The DC FanDome is a star-studded virtual event which
showcases the best of DC movies, TV shows, comic books and games. It was
started in 2020 as a comic book convention following the inability of some of
the biggest comic festivals such as the comic con to be held in a ‘conventional’
manner.

It is no surprise to see the event return this year
considering the fact that last year’s DC FanDome generated 22 million views
across 220 countries, as per multiple reports.

DC has a huge fanbase spanning across several age groups
which makes it possible for every new initiative to be a mega success. The fans
are always eager to know what the superheroes have in store for them next.

The fact that the online convention is free makes it all the
more appealing for viewers. The first two events which were held in August and
September 2020 respectively featured trailer drops, big revelations, appearances
from the fan’s favourite characters amongst an array of other things.

The event is set to
take place on October 16, Saturday at 10 AM PT (10:30 PM Indian Standard Time)
and expected to run for a duration of four hours.

If you are unable to watch the event live due to several
reasons then don’t sweat because DC has announced that some portions of the
event will be available on the official site of DCFanDome until October 31.

As for the trailers, they are expected to be released on
YouTube soon after premiering at the event.

The fans will get the first look at new content from
upcoming seasons of several shows including Batwoman,
The Flash, Superman & Lois, and Sweet Tooth. While a sneak peek is
also expected into upcoming animated series such as Aquaman: King of Atlantis, Harley
Quinn, and Batman: Caped Crusader.

While the overall event will be
free of explicit content, a kid friendly version will be made available at a DC
Kids FanDome website.

You can watch the livestream of the
event on a web browser on any device, be it a desktop, smartphone or tablet.
