She mentioned that after failing to find an ambulance for her mother to a COVID facility in the outskirts of Delhi, she had no option left other than looking for a cab. The oxygen level of her mother was at 80 and dipping, she was on her 12th day of COVID. She faced problems in booking a cab as four cabs canceled the ride. However, when she booked the 5th cab, she immediately called the driver and explained to him the situation, and confirm if he was willing to come or not. The driver not only came to pick them up, but he also helped them and drove them to the facility center as fast as he could. He also argued with the guard and waited until her mother was admitted. While she was busy with the formalities, he took care of her mother and kept giving her water. Once the formalities were completed and her mother was admitted to the hospital, he dropped Chatterjee at home.
