Every year, we eagerly wait for Diwali to arrive so that we can engage in a lot of fun, ranging from bursting crackers, wearing nice clothes with family and friends. We usually enjoy lighting diyas and lanterns, rangoli making, decorating the house, dressing up, bursting crackers, watching movies, going out to restaurants, and eating sweets and great food.

Aside from staying at home and eating great home-cooked meals and desserts, one can participate in various other enjoyable activities with their family. There are numerous games to play on Diwali eve to make it memorable and enjoyable. Here’s a list of the top 5 family games to play on Diwali.

Scavenger Hunt

The game revolves around adventure and hunting. The game’s organizer lists specific goods. Participants are instructed to seek those items in a given region without cheating or purchasing new items in a fixed period. Participants usually work in small groups, though the regulations may enable anyone to join. The number of participants should be more than or equal to six.

Dumb charades

This popular family game will make you laugh and have a good time. The game should have a minimum of four participants.  The members are divided into groups, and each member of every group is given a phrase or name from a movie that the other members of their team must guess. Without saying anything, the participant must perform any action related to the guessing word. They must use gestures to explain each word of the phrase. If the group correctly answers the word within the time limit, they are awarded one point.

Dohdles

If you miss playing with clay as a child, make this a must-play game at your next party. Make items out of play-doh and have others guess what you made. Failed sculpting attempts will provide you with a plethora of burst-out-laughing moments.
