He says, “Fast food is the best food to stay fit and build immunity during this pandemic.” The doctor explained the difference between fast food and junk food, so that we can eat the former without any guilt and fear of consuming unhealthy food.

1. Banana

Banana is a fruit that is loaded with several health benefits that will make you a fan. The fibrous, magnesium-rich food can improve heart health like no other.

According to research published by the Harvard School of Public Health, consuming bananas can relieve tension in blood vessel walls, thus lowering the risk of both cardiovascular diseases and coronary heart diseases. Apart from this, it has relatively few calories that can – accelerate weight loss, improve digestion, fix sleep routines as well as your mood.
