‘Fast & Furious’ franchise’s next instalment, ‘F9’ is delayed to May 28, 2021, the beginning of the long Memorial Day weekend less than two hours after MGM and Universal delayed James Bond film ‘No Time to Die’ to April 2, 2021, which was F9’s old date, reported Hollywood Reporter.

Earlier in March this year, both the films were among the first tentpoles to postpone their release dates from April due to the coronavirus pandemic.  The reason for the further delay could be to avoid a clash with the James Bond film.
