A fire broke out on the terrace of Engineers Bhawan in ITO building of Delhi on Friday, reports ANI. 

According to ANI, a security guard, who was stuck at the site was rescued by fire department officials.

At least three fire tenders are present at the spot and no causalities have been reported so far.
