It’s not easy to live with arthritis and
deal with all the swelling and discomfort in your joints. For arthritis patients,
daily tasks might be challenging due to movement restrictions and terrible
discomfort. Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, the latter of which is an
autoimmune disease, are two of the most frequent kinds of arthritis. Arthritis
has no cure, but it can be effectively treated with dietary changes and regular
physical activity.

Plant-based foods have been shown in
studies to improve gut flora composition and reduce inflammation and joint
discomfort. Inflammation in the joints is frequent in arthritis, and the

Aloe
Vera

arthritic pain, have gastrointestinal side effects.

Ginger

Add grated fresh ginger to a salad or
stir fry, or powdered ginger or fresh ginger root to savoury recipes.

treatment of arthritis because it inhibits the body’s inflammatory pathways.
You can incorporate ginger into your diet by steeping fresh ginger tea, adding
powdered ginger to baked items, and so on.

Green
Tea

It’s a popular beverage, and the
antioxidants in it may help reduce inflammation in RA and OA patients. Green
tea can be consumed as a beverage, as a powder (matcha), or as an ingredient in
smoothies or supplements.

Turmeric

It contains anti-inflammatory qualities
and has been used for centuries. This can be used in milk, as well as other
curries and meals.

Cinnamon

Honey and cinnamon can be used in a
variety of ways to improve your diet and lifestyle. It’s a terrific addition to
porridge, teas, and smoothies.

Aside from the foods listed
above, processed foods, salt, red meat, and alcohol, among other foods that
aggravate arthritis’ joint pain and inflammation, should be avoided.
