Instagram was down again for a brief period of time on Tuesday evening and users around the world took to other social media sites to post some hilarious memes about the outage. 

While the reason for the outage was not clear, some reported that they were facing issues with refreshing the news-feed, while the others were unable to login.

Instagram is yet to officially comment on the outrage. On Friday, the app was down worldwide for over one hour and on March 19, Facebook, WhatApp, and Instagram were down.
