Actress Neha Dhupia, who is back
with season five of her podcast #NoFilterNeha, also made headlines recently
after senior actress, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi posted that “…how did #nehadhupia suddenly get all
these talk shows except that she is #karanjohar s new bestie..”

Reacting on the same in an interview with Anupama Chopra’s Film
Companion, Neha said that she has the utmost respect for all the seniors and it was
cool for anybody to take a dig at her friendships with anybody.

“There are trolls who are completely different and they are
faceless and the reason why they are faceless because they are aware that they
are doing something wrong……as far as people who are in the business and they
take a dig at you, you were like why this person doing this,” she said in an interview.

“ I only had the utmost amount of respect for my peers or my
seniors and she has been in the business so much longer than I have and to take
a dig not at me but at my friendship is not cool. I don’t do it to people.  People don’t have any idea as to what my friendship
with Karan is so why come out and why take a dig at it and why use terms like
that which I won’t use for myself or for anyone else…,” added Neha.

The actress, who is married to actor Angad Bedi and have a
daughter together, said that “I don’t have to justify my friendship with anyone
and another thing is that nobody should question it either.”
