Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the strategically important all-weather Atal Tunnel at Rohtang on October 3. The long-awaited project took more than a decade to be built and is finally complete. Here are a few pictures of the newly built tunnel on the Manali-Leh Highway.
