The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 winning team Chennai
Super Kings received Rs 20 crore and the runner ups Kolkata Knight Riders have
received an amount of Rs 12.5 crore.

The other two teams Delhi
Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore, who qualified for the playoffs, have
received the amount of INR 4.375 Crores each.

Apart from the teams the
orange cap and purple cap along with emerging players of the tournament will
get Rs 10 lakh each.

The Chennai Super Kings defeated the
Kolkata Knight Riders by 27 runs to win their fourth IPL title at the
Dubai International Stadium on Friday. The win completed a fantastic comeback
this season, last season the Super Kings finished bottom of the points table to
miss the playoffs for the first time in their history.

While batting first CSK put up a total of 192. Gaikwad scored 32
runs of 27 deliveries and Faf du Plessis smashed 86 runs from 59 deliveries.

Chasing an imposing
193-run target, the KKR openers Shubman Gill and Venkatesh Iyer got their team off to a flying start, scoring 91 runs in
10.3 overs.

KKR had a dramatic batting
collapse from no loss in 10.3 over to 125 for 8 in 17th over.

Shardul Thakur dismissed
Iyer and Nitish Rana (0) in quick succession

Sunil Narine (2)
was caught at the long-on boundry by Ravindra Jadeja off Josh Hazlewood’s
delivery.

Deepak Chahar dismissed Gill, with Jadeja
dismissing Dinesh Karthik for 9 and Shakib Al Hasan for 0 in the same
over.

Rahul Tripathi had to return to dugout for 2 after
being dismissed by Thakur.

Hazlewood got Morgan (4) and ensured that his miserable
