A video shared by the official Twitter handle of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), on Tuesday, shows a constable playing the mandolin and dedicating the soulful performance to all the frontline workers who have been working tirelessly day and night to bring out the country from the clutches of this deadly virus.
