SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus may be postponed indefinitely, according to an actor who is a part of %u2018RRR%u2019 told Spotboye.

The actor blamed the delay on a rise in COVID-19 instances, saying that the film’s lead stars Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt contracting the virus is also a big concern on set, adding it isn’t a happy place for the cast and crew.

‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR)‘, SS Rajamouli’s next historical drama, was recently rumoured to have sold its digital rights to ZEE5 for a hefty Rs 325 crore. %u2018RRR%u2019 has become the first film to earn such a large sum of money before its debut, thanks to this astronomical contract.

It will be interesting to see how the filmmakers intend to distribute their mega-budget film in the future.

RRR’s whole pre-release business, which includes theatrical, digital, music, and satellite rights, is expected to be in the range of Rs 800-850 crore. RRR’s producers will profit by roughly Rs 400 crore as a result of this.
