Jubilant Industries Limited shares declined nearly 10% to Rs 638.50 on the BSE after reporting weak Q3 results.
Net profit declined 29.62% to Rs 5.18 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 7.36 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2020. Sales rose 88.31% to Rs 296.13 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against Rs 157.26 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2020.

The company has reported a total income of Rs. 297.70 crores during the period ended December 31, 2021, as compared to Rs. 327.71 crores during the period ended September 30, 2021.
EPS of Rs. 3.43 for the period ended December 31, 2021, has been reported, as compared to Rs. 18.67 for the period ended September 30, 2021.

The company has reported a total income of Rs.837.21 crores during the 9 Months period ended December 31, 2021, as compared to Rs.425.16 crores during the 9 Months period ended December 31, 2020.
It has reported EPS of Rs.36.27 for the 9 Months period ended December 31, 2021, as compared to Rs.11.98 for the 9 Months period ended December 31, 2020.

Jubilant Industries Limited is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) products for the various brands in India, engaged in the liquor business. The Company’s segments include Performance Polymer, Agri Products and Retail. The Performance Polymer segment includes adhesives and wood finishes, food polymer (solid Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA)) and latex.

The Agri Products segment includes single super phosphate, sulfuric acid and agrochemicals for crop products. The Retail segment is engaged in running and maintaining hypermarket cum malls. It is engaged in the manufacturing of organic manure granules and the trading of agrochemical products.
