The IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore has been rescheduled after 2 members in the Kolkata camp tested positive for COVID-19, the IPL announced in a tweet. The match was to be played at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium on Monday.
The two players who tested positive for COVID are spinner Varun Chakravarthy and pacer Sandeep Warrior.
From leading the table with four wins on the trot, the Virat Kohli-led RCB has slipped to third spot at the halfway stage after suffering two defeats from their last three matches.
