Actor and fitness expert Malaika Arora shared three yoga asanas that are perfect for our body, to induce relaxation while improving the body strength with regular practice. The actor shared the video on Instagram, where she can be seen performing all three asanas. The three yoga asanas she listed are Vrikshasna, Trikonasana, and Utkatasana.

Malaika Arora in her recent Instagram post talked about how every day should be celebrated as mother’s day. How mothers selflessly take care of families and they are the most special to important to us.
According to Arora’s post, the Vrikshasana helps to improve posture and promotes balance, both physically and emotionally. It also improves neuromuscular coordination.

Trikonasana helps to relieve stress, improves digestion, and stimulates the abdominal organs, It helps to fight hunch, especially for breastfeeding moms.
Utkatasana helps to strengthen the thighs and ankles and develops strength in the whole body, especially back muscles while relieving the stiffness on the shoulders. It also stretches the shoulders and opens the chest.
Malaika was last seen as a judge on the reality show India’s Best Dancer in 2020, apart from this she has judged several TV shows.
