However, the Indian Institute of Technology- Bombay has offered a quick and easy solution amid the oxygen crisis across India. The premier institute has carried out a small-scale project successfully, in which they have converted nitrogen generator plants into oxygen generators, just by replacing molecular filters. 

India has been facing big crisis of medical oxygen since the second wave has taken it pace. There have been repeated incidents of deaths because of the shortage of medical oxygen.
