No need to use bad words: Singer Mika Singh urges farmers
- The singer has previously slammed actress Kangana Ranaut for her tweet
- Kangana misidentified an elderly woman at the farmers’ protest as ‘Shaheen Bagh dadi Bilkis Bano’
- Now, Mika asks his farmer friends to maintain peace while protesting
Singer Mika Singh took to his social media account to urge his farmer friends to not use “bad words or shout” while protesting. He also asked them to ignore those ‘creating unnecessary problems’
“I Have Again request to all My #farmer brothers .. SHANTI BANAKE RAKHO (keep calm) NO NEED TO USE BAD WORDS / AARGUMENTS OR SHOUTING .. SOME PEOPLE ARE CREATING UNNECESSARY PROBLEMS JUST TO GiVE BAD MESSAGE. SO GUYS PLEASE KEEP CALM AND RELAXE. THANXXX (sic),” he has posted.
The singer, in the past, also questioned actor Kangana Ranaut on social media for her comments against the protests.
“I request all my punjabi brothers to please calm down..We are not here to focus on @KanganaTeam I don’t have any personal issues with @KanganaTeam, she made a mistake and faced the reaction. Even though she hasn’t said sorry she deleted her tweet,” he posted.
Kangana got herself into another controversy after she misidentified an elderly woman at the farmers’ protest as ‘Shaheen Bagh dadi Bilkis Bano’ who will protest anywhere for ‘100 rupees’. Though, she later deleted the tweet but her action caught the eye of many celebrities who didn’t hesitate to question the “Queen” for her unverified facts.
Mika too wrote that although he considered himself to be a fan of Kangana, he was against her comments against an elderly lady.
So far, many Bollywood stars have come out to support farmers and some names include Diljit Dosanjh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
