In an interview with cricket portal CricTracker, Vaughan said, “First is Kyle Jamieson as he has had a magnificent start to his Test career. Next is Rishabh Pant as he’s the star of the world game. He has been incredible over the last few months, especially against Australia and England. Next, I’ll go with BJ Watling in his swan song as he’s been a fantastic servant for New Zealand cricket.”

New Zealand bowler Kyle Jamieson made his Test debut in February 2020 against India at the Basin Reserve in New Zealand. The fast-medium bowler has taken 36 Test wickets until now with an economy of 2.39. He has showed exceptional skills with four five-wicket hauls added to his name in a two year Test journey.

Indian batsman Rishabh Pant made his Test debut against England in 2018 and since then, the young player has scored over 1,350 runs in 33 innings. At the Gabba Test against Australia, Pant saved the day for the Indian team with his exceptional batting skills.

New Zealand’s BJ Watling is an experienced Test cricketer, who made his debut in 2009. He is a top-order batsman, who has been used as wicketkeeper too. The batsman has scored 3,773 runs in 114 innings with eight centuries and one double ton.
